I received the 1500 lb winch but it was not the one shown in the picture. I was offered to send it back but there was no word if they had the proper one so I am going to keep the one sent. I am disappointed.

This is exact item as ordered. It is the exact same winch as replacing on the trailer exact for the color of the strap is black compared to gray but that is not an issue. The only thing I thought was strange was there were no mounting bolts provided so just used the old ones which that worked fine. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition.
